環(huán)保型涂料增稠劑PTE

◎產(chǎn)品介紹 ：

PTF環(huán)保型增稠劑是制備涂料印花色漿的高濃度增稠劑,能與各種粘合劑配伍,適用于滾筒印花及圓,平網(wǎng)印花,能使印花產(chǎn)品輪廓清晰,色澤鮮艷,給色量高,產(chǎn)品印花后給色量和鮮艷度指標都超越進口同類產(chǎn)品。色漿調(diào)制方便,用量只需1.3%,穩(wěn)定性好,外觀乳白,不結(jié)皮,印花時不塞網(wǎng)。同時對降低生產(chǎn)成本,節(jié)約能源,減少環(huán)境污染和確保生產(chǎn)安全有明顯效果。環(huán)保型PTE,PTF增稠劑已通過SGS檢測部門的檢測,確認達到環(huán)保標準。

透明隔熱保溫涂料，其主要成分是氧化銦錫，涂料根據(jù)不同使用環(huán)境分為有水性(無機型)和溶劑性(防水型)兩種類型，涂料不但透光性好，而且能有效隔絕太陽熱輻射熱，只需涂刷幾個微米的厚度，就可使室內(nèi)外溫差達到6攝氏度左右，志盛玻璃涂料紅外屏蔽率達到86%，可見光透過率達到80%，紫外線阻擋達到99%，即使不開空調(diào)也能達到“冬暖夏涼”的效果，可廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車、設(shè)備及各類建筑物上，該產(chǎn)品選用納米無機材料，具有優(yōu)異的耐老化、耐沾污、防靜電、防眩光、防輻射、使用壽命長等特點。
