玻璃材質(zhì)的儀器稱為玻璃儀器�；炇抑写罅渴褂貌Ａx器，因為玻璃有很高的化學穩(wěn)定性、熱穩(wěn)定性，有很好的透明度、一定的機械強度和良好的絕緣性能。利用玻璃的優(yōu)良性能而制成的玻璃儀器，廣泛地應用于各種實驗室，如化學實驗室、醫(yī)學檢驗實驗室、生物實驗室、科學研究實驗室以及教學實驗室。玻璃的化學穩(wěn)定性好，但并不是絕對不受侵蝕，而是其受侵蝕的程度符合一定的標準。因玻璃被侵蝕而又痕量離子進入溶液中和玻璃表面吸附溶液中的待測分析離子，是微量分析要注意的問題。氫氟酸很強烈地腐蝕玻璃，故不能用玻璃儀器進行含有氫氟酸的實驗。堿液特別是濃的或熱的堿液隊玻璃明顯地腐蝕。儲存堿液的玻璃儀器如果是磨口儀器還會是磨口粘在一起無法打開。因此玻璃容器不能長時間存放堿液。輸送和截流裝置，如玻璃接頭、接口、閥門、塞、管和棒等。容器，如皿、瓶、燒杯、燒瓶、槽、試管等�；静僮鲀x器和裝置�；静僮靼ㄎ�、干燥、蒸餾、冷凝、分餾、蒸發(fā)、萃取、提純、過濾、分液、攪拌、破碎、離心、氣體發(fā)生、色譜、燃燒、燃燒分析等。測量器具，如流量、比重、壓力、溫度、表面張力等測量儀表以及量器、滴管、吸液管、注射器等。物理測量儀器，如測試顏色、光、密度、電參數(shù)、相變、放射性、分子量、粘度、顆粒度等的儀器�；瘜W元素和化合物測定儀器，如砷、二氧化碳、元素分析、官能原子團分析、金屬元素、硫、鹵素和水等測定儀器。材料試驗儀器，如氣氛、爆炸物、氣體、金屬及礦物、礦物油、建筑材料、水質(zhì)等測量儀器。食品、醫(yī)藥、生物分析儀器，如食品分析、血液分析、微生物培養(yǎng)、顯微鏡附件、血清和疫苗試驗、尿化驗等分析儀器。
