醫(yī)用玻璃分類：醫(yī)用防輻射鉛玻璃、醫(yī)用注射器玻璃、醫(yī)用玻璃纖維繃帶等。醫(yī)用玻璃用途：用于制造光學(xué)玻璃、電真空玻璃、低溫封接玻璃、防輻射玻璃、鉛晶質(zhì)玻璃、火石類光學(xué)玻璃、低熔玻璃、延遲線玻璃、高折射微珠玻璃及藝術(shù)器皿玻璃等。醫(yī)用防輻射鉛玻璃：鉛玻璃在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域又稱醫(yī)用X射線防輻射鉛玻璃板，鉛玻璃主要分為國產(chǎn)鉛玻璃和進口鉛玻璃，主要用作診斷X射線機房、CT、ECT、PET、CT-PET等機房以及X射線攝影防護室、防護門防護屏上的觀察窗，以及核醫(yī)學(xué)用操作防護屏等。所需厚度可根據(jù)計算確定。醫(yī)用注射器玻璃：定義：用于加工醫(yī)用注射器的玻璃稱之為醫(yī)用注射器玻璃。規(guī)格：2毫升、5毫升、10毫升或20毫升注射器，偶用50毫升或100毫升，皮內(nèi)注射則用1毫升注射器。特點：玻璃注射器，玻璃透明度好，可以看到注射藥物的情況。此后有玻璃管金屬并用制成的注射器，可用煮沸法消毒，針頭也可以磨尖再用和消毒。
