本產(chǎn)品采用高級進(jìn)口丙烯酸樹脂和高級顏料經(jīng)過細(xì)制研磨加工組合而成，適用于各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面、靜電噴漆面及烤漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得的附著力。油墨特性： 1、 平光（如需亮光請選擇我司JL系列）、附著力佳、耐酒精、耐化學(xué)品； 2、 手感好，流平性佳、面光潔； 3、 表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強(qiáng)、抗刮傷； 4、 耐酒精、耐化學(xué)品程度佳；印刷：選用網(wǎng)目為100-420目，以120T聚酯單絲、感光膠網(wǎng)版計算涂覆蓋面積每公斤達(dá)35~40㎡。表干時間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內(nèi)，48小時后達(dá)較佳性能。 1．用B-03專用稀釋劑開油水 2．用718洗網(wǎng)水洗網(wǎng)。 3．可選擇添加JS-9硬化劑10%用于增加油墨附著力及物理化學(xué)抗性。 4．烤箱80℃烘烤30分鐘佳能更優(yōu)。測試方法（完全干燥后）： 1．3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。 2．純度99%的酒精500G力在油墨表面來回擦拭200次無脫色。使用方法： 1．使用前應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢�，用后隨時密封。 2．?dāng)嚢钑r先加固化劑靜置10分鐘后，再加稀釋劑10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度。 3. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限為4-6小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收。 4．網(wǎng)版塞網(wǎng)時可用洗網(wǎng)水清洗。 5．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。
